Carol Winschuh Brown was chosen to design the Christmas ornament to represent the 10th Congressional district of Pennsyl
Carol Winschuh Brown was chosen to design the Christmas ornament to represent the 10th Congressional district of Pennsylvania for the 2008 White House Christmas tree. This shows the Christmas train that makes an annual trip from Scranton to Canada. It stops on the Nicholson Bridge which is shown her for 15 minutes. This bridge is the longest poured concrete bridge at 2375 ft and was built in 1915.Carol and all the other artists who desined ornaments were invited to a luncheon reception at the White House in Dec. 2008
